319Days #47 Concrete, Another Look

Another photo of concrete. This one so completely different in texture, design, color and feel and yet it is still concrete. A standard “broom” finished sidewalk with “coffered” edges flanked by large rough face edges with smooth surface retaining blocks. The surface at the top of the short wall if manicured grass adding a velvet texture to the four textures of the concrete.

When a walk take me by here, if there is a grandkid in tow, you can bet they will not be on the sidewalk but stepping carefully along the top of the retaining wall.
