308Days #58 Tracks to No Where

"Art" Installation at the Denver Airport

I have to admit this is a strange but interesting art (at least I guess it would be referred to as art) installation in the Denver airport. I have no idea what it is supposed to represent. At the bottom edge the tracks converge together then spread out again to the same width that they are in the loops. With variable width tracks what type of vehicle would actually be able to ride on such a set up?

The only thing I came up with is scissor action wheels of some sort. And why not? It always works for Tom and Jerry or is that Road Runner?
