207Days #159 Diamonds of Rain

After a night of rain the water drops glisten on the leaves of a shrub.

Diamonds in the Rain

There is a very long border of these bushes along the sidewalk. A night of rain left its mark on everything. When the sun peeked out all the droplets glistened like diamonds. It was a  lovely sight with the 100 foot row of  twinkling jewels. The real beauty of it is best shown in this close-up.

*A note about yesterday’s post: Thanks to those of you who decided to play the game. The list of what it could be was there to get your juices flowing. This post is a foray into imagination and I was hoping to hear what else you could imagine them being. I’m looking forward to what YOU think they are. The answer gallery will be posted on Monday, post #163.
