183Days #183 Bouquet of Roses

We’ve hit the midway point of the year. For some of us it means we have posted 183 images or galleries every day for 183 days. Some will agree it is sometimes a tough commitment to take on and at times very hard to complete it every single day. Not that we don’t want to, but some times life just comes at us fast. I’m sure you all know exactly what I mean. We all have those days, sometimes they attack us weeks at a time. Other times we are so happy things are rolling along smoothly.

Today I decided to have a little “artistic” fun with this bouquet of roses. I am presenting it in honor of you for a job well done. If you missed a day or two but are still hanging in there; CONGRATULATIONS. If you are following us, THANK YOU and you get a bouquet as well.

The rose bouquet; a photograph with artistic manipulation.

A bouquet for each of you. Thanks for all your sharing, thanks for comments and mostly thanks for dropping by often.

PS I do agree that these look like they were picked in Colorado. They have a sooty, smoky look to them. This “artistic” manipulation went the wrong direction. On the bright side I learned something new…don’t do this again…;)

Congrats Shez – where has the first half of the year gone?? I’m too afraid to close my eyes for a split second too long, for the year might be over then!!! 🙂 **

Congrats on the first half of the year. I agree – I’d love to have all the time in the world to get out and shoot every day but life makes it difficult some times. But now that we’re going downhill, the second half should be easier. At least in theory.

Going downhill is always easier, right? But the very end will be hard as we drag across the finish line towing Thanksgiving and Christmas and all the fun, festivities and family times with us. 😉
