174Days #192 Guard Rail

A guard rail runs along the highway to keep cars from slipping into a steep abyss.

Safety measures to keep motorists on the road and out of a nearly straight down cliff.

Some days one just has to run wild and take a risk. I actually hiked behind the guard rail, not to be stupid, but the traffic seemed a bigger risk. Just an arm’s length away I was looking at the top of some very tall trees. I stayed very close to this safety device, but was pleased at how it looked from the back side as it hugged the curve along the highway.

Beauty appears in strange and interesting places when a person “daringly throws caution to the wind and steps into the wild side.”

Explore and find new sights.

Cheers,

Shez
